Crystal is "the" best!" How do I know? Well, my story begins this past December...I became a victim of a very bad cut and color! I really felt "ugly." Not a good thing! When I saw a girl who had a bouncy cut and a great color, I asked, who does your hair...she said, "Crystal at Serene! She is truly amazing." Well, the very same day, I called and asked for a consult...Crystal met with me between clients. She looked at me, felt my hair, asked me a few questions and then told me what she could do for me. She did...and more! I am in heaven that my great cut can is easy to maintain and looks great. Being 55 years old can be a drag...no more...I feel pretty and confident once again! Through the years I have had my hair done at a variety of salons, by several hair stylists. I was recommended to Kim when I followed Maxine to her new Salon, Serene Hair and Spa. Kim is the best hair stylists I have EVER had do my hair. I have been too many salons around the world as well. Paris found me in the St. Germain De Pres district at a famous salon. Not even there did I find a hair stylist to match Kim's talent.
Kim treats each customer as though they were the only one in the whole salon! I have noticed when I am early for an appointment she acknowledges me but stays totally immersed in conversation and attention to the person she is with. I pride my ability to look about 10 years younger (so I've been told on many occasions!!) to the professional and amazing ability of Kim's to transform me each time she does my hair! I would NEVER go to anyone else to have my hair cut and colored. She is also a dear friend in whom I can confide my deepest happiness and most profound sorrows. I love her deeply.
