The following are measures we are taking at Serene to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.  Please read so that you know what to expect at your next appointment & contact us with any questions or concerns.  Thank you for your cooperation as these measures will be in place under further notice.
Changes for Clients

-NO waiting area


-Please wait in your car and call Serene 724.772.6070 when you arrive for your service


-Mask with EAR LOOPS must be worn during appointment (If you do not have one we will have them for sale)


-No magazines will be available


-Please wash your hands and use sanitizer when entering Serene


-Only bring one bag with you


-Only bring yourself to your appointment (no other people will be permitted with you. We are only able to do one client at a time which means we will not be able to do any haircuts while color will be processing on anyone else until further notice)


-Temps will be checked when entering Serene. If you have a temp over 100 you will be asked to reschedule.


-You will be required to sign a COVID-19 liability waiver before your appointment


-PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT doing a price increase but when more products are needed for your color service you will see a extra product charge.

FOR EXAMPLE: a root touch up is usually 2 oz of product used but since we will be covering more area than normal it may result in a slight up charge.

Changes for Serene Staff

-Temps will be checked when they come to work and when they leave and return for any reason. No one will be permitted to work if they have a temp over 100


-Masks must be worn at all times


-Wash hands regularly


-Hand Sanitizer at every station & room


-Disinfectants at every station & room


-Gloves will be at every station


-15 mins between appointments to properly disinfect


-Stations are now being place more than 6 feet apart


-Staff will be required to stay home if they show any signs of illness


-We will not be hugging or shaking hands :(
