Groupon Customer Policy:
We are so grateful that you are giving Serene a try! Please note that it clearly states on the Groupon that we only accept one (1) per guest per service. For example, if you have used a Groupon for a 60 min massage, we cannot honor another Groupon for a 60 min massage. The good news is we will be more than happy to honor the price that you paid for the Groupon, but we CANNOT accept for the full service. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. If you purchase a Groupon facial package, you have 1 year from your first Serene visit to redeem the remaining facial services. We do also offer many other ways for you to save with us such as advanced appointment booking, packages, and monthly specials that can be found here.
Advance Booking Policy:
Please take advantage of booking your future appointments before you leave to receive a discount. BUT...if you need to change OR cancel the appointment for any reason please note you will lose the discount. This cannot be combined with any other coupons or discounts and must be booked before you leave.
As of 10/30/2019, all appointments will require to have a credit card on file. Please review our cancellation policy below and contact us with any questions.
Minimum 24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling any appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advanced notice, you will be charged 50% of your service(s) cost. This amount will be charged using the credit card on file.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service(s) using the credit card on file.
We do not accept returned products.
